PADI Rescue Diver Course
Manage Your Diving Skills with the PADI Rescue Diver Course
"Challenging" and "rewarding" best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you've already learned, this course expands your knowledge by teaching you how to prevent problems, recognize potential issues, and effectively manage emergencies should they occur.
Course Schedule
The course begins with a classroom session at Eugene Skin Divers Supply starting at 6:30 PM.
Students will also attend one evening pool session to practice and review rescue skills.
The course concludes with two days of rescue exercises in Florence, Oregon:

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Prerequisites
To enroll in the PADI Rescue Diver course, students must:

Be at least 12 years old

Hold a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or a qualifying certification from another recognized training organization)
-
Have current CPR and First Aid training completed within the past two years
Need CPR and First Aid certification? Ask us about Emergency First Response® (EFR) training.

The Fun Part
The fun part of this course is rising to challenges and mastering them. Most divers find the Rescue Diver course both demanding and rewarding and often describe it as the best scuba course they've ever taken.
